DESCRIPTION:Philadelphia\nFriday\, January 15\, 2016\nConcordville Inn\nRt 1 South& RT 322 Concordville\n\n\n\nΦαγητό-Μουσική-Χορός-Φιλανθρωπία\n\n\n\nThe three major events\, featuring the Music of EPIROS\, performed by Epirotans\, the renown singers Savvas Siatras and Stavros Theodorou\, Chritos Natsis (violin)\, the fine clarinet players George Bezanis and Christos Haliyiannis\, under the auspices of George Rambos Orchestra.\nWe are moved and thank all of them\, for the donation of their exeptional talents all proceeds\nwill benefit the organizations in Epiros\n\n\n\nDear Friends of the Mid Atlantic Greek-American Foundation and the Hellenic News of America\,\nIn the last few years\, the economic crisis has affected many of our compatriots in Greece and amongst them\, organizations that support many people in Epiros\, Greece.\nThe Mid Atlantic Greek-American Foundation in cooperation with the Hellenic News of America are organizing three events\, with the aim to collect funds and support (this time) five specific organizations that benefit so many people in need\, in Epiros.\nThe three events will be held at the Cretan House «Omonoia» in New York\, at the Concordville Inn\, greater Philadelphia and at the Ikaros Restaurant in Baltimore-Washington Area.\nOur goal is to raise $50\,000 that will be distributed to the following organizations: The Orphanage and Elderly House in Konitsa\, the Orphanage «Kivotos» in Pogonianni\, the Iera Moni Sosinou\, the Cultural Society Demos Pogoniou and the Orphanage of Deropolis in Northern Epiros.\nYou are Invited to participate as an individual\, business or organization and get your tickets and or tables in advance or become a sponsor of an event\, in order to reach our fund raising goal.\nWe are calling upon all of our friends\, Epirotans\, Hellenes and Phil Hellenes\, Greek Americans and Americans\, and organizations to help us make a diferrence in Epiros. Please get in touch with us or any of the Committee Members listed below and declare your level of support. All Donations will be published for transparency. Participation to the team that will travel to Greece to distribute the funds\, is open to everyone; all members will provide their own expenses. A full report will be given at the end and can be viewed on the web.\nSuggested Contribution $75 pp donation and $750 for a table of 10 people.
